What does a plug mean and what is an NGO doing using it as its logo?

A plug represents a number of things;

  • Firstly, the concept of charging something, which we do by empowering a developing community through our tangible projects.

  • Secondly, a plug is also scientific, which reflects our commitment to putting in the hard work in selecting the right projects and running the diagnostics on the selected community to support and establish systems in these developing countries which will make sure our projects are done well.

  • Finally, a plug connects things, as does 40K Home. We’re essentially connecting people from Australia to different pockets around the world, and empowering both donors and beneficiaries into believing they are achieving real results.
