| What it all costs |
The total cost of the project is $372,000 (AUD). This involves the pruchase of the land, construction and fit out of the building and associated consulting, legal and architectural costs. The breakdown of costs and what has been paid so far is as follows: 40K only needs to raise $127,000 more to ensure that the centre is open and ready for operation by the end of September 2010. Timeline It has been a very exciting time for 40K throughout the construction and planning process. The key moments have been: May - October 2007: Seeking and Purchase of Land January - April 2009: Design and Architecture phase February 2009: Construction Begins May 2009: Basement Floor Completed September 2009: Ground Floor Completed December 2009: First Floor Completed February 2010: Second Floor Completed September 2010: Proposed completion date October 3 2010: GRAND OPENING |
