Wow, what a spectacular night!

Guests were treated to a beautiful three-course meal, an amazing set-up and decorations (thanks to UTS Design students), smooth tunes from the 'The Velvet Set' Swing Band and the effervescent Chris Taylor from the Chaser’s War on Everything as MC.

A highlight of the night had to be the live auction in which the opportunity to have Masterchef champ, Julie Goodwin come and cook for eight people at the lucky bidder’s house went for a large sum! Not to be outshone, Chris Taylor implored the crowd to go one more for the chance to have an afternoon lawn bowls session with the Chaser boys. Despite his persistence, Chris didn’t manage to beat Julie but still raised a packet.

This was certainly 40K’s most successful Big Night Out to date with $52 000 being raised! Thank you to everyone who made the night such a tremendous success.
